    Well, I continued to be patient and didn't here anything else.

    So just over 2wks ago, I cancelled for the second time stating clearly that I was due a full refund in accordance with the DSR (oh and their own T&Cs). Last week I spoke to them and they were still persuing the manufacturer to drop the abortive delivery charge, I reiterated that a full refund was due regardless of their position with the manufacturer.

    Today I received an email stating a full refund has been processed.

    Oh and the company in question were Shedstore, the manufacturer was ShireGB, no idea who the courier was if one ever existed. Shedstore's customer service is generally lousy in my experience, they are not proactive at all in pursuing customer issues - at no point did they contact me to inform me there was a problem and that they were looking into it.
