Hi I keep getting a message saying my virtual memory is low?

Any suggestions, advice please.

    Increase the real memory. Or run less things at the same time.

    I don't have anything running, It's when I first load it.

    navigate from control panel - system - system properties -advanced and performance options. Then increase the value of your virtual memory (or tick let windows decide)
