Hi there
Is anyone else out there haveing trouble viewing their emails via BT Yahoo at the momemt. I try and read mine and i get the 999 error message after everyone I receive and I need to sign in all the time. I have done all the things they have told me to do i.e run virus/spyware scan etc, report to BT.BT were as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.
Has anyone got any others ideas?

Hi sunshine54
No changes made to anything. It seems to be only on my PC as when I access webmail from another PC it doesnt happen to me. BT who I have my broadband through were no use at all.0 -
go to your webmail page and click on - page - webpage privacy policy to see if any cookies are restricted in the report (vista )
The fact you need to keep logging in suggests to me cookies are blocked0 -
also your ip may be blocked. turn off the power to your router for 1 minute then turn on again. reboot pc. this should reset your ip address.0
