Theres one in the centre of Blackpool that has signs up saying that its closing down.
You can sometimes find a bargain but it is very hit and miss.
They tend to have George, some Debenhams and other bits and pieces.
Personally I wouldn't travel to visit one as it very hit and miss.

I think the one in Blackpool is on "Cornford Road," which is off Clifton Road.

I can tell you that they are going to close down aparantly = im in Bolton and the Farnworth one is still there. My friend knows the owners very well - live in spain now.

One thing though - check what you are buying as so much of the stuff is damaged ie zips broken, buttons missing, holes in clothing etc. A lot of it is 2nd hand too - items returned to asda, topshop, topman etc - the one in Farnworth has got a clearance section - great if you want 2nd hand clothes and shoes lol. Some of the stuff is just pure tat and not worth the bother. The also have half price days

There may be two in Blackpool because there is also definately a Steals in central Blackpool on Abingdon St on the corner of Deansgate.
There also used to be one on the way in to Fleetwood but that has closed.

yes there are 2 in Blackpool - first one is on talbot road i think its called - same road as train station and coach station on left - very small though. Carry on further down to road on left - turn left and its 50 yards on left - much better. Biggest is in Farnworth, Bolton

Hey I don't suppose you could ask the owners where they get their TOPSHOP factory returns from!
Ive been looking for months for a wholesaler or factory outlet shop.
I think there must be one in Leeds or Bradford somewhere as there are lots of sellers on ebay from those areas selling TOPSHOP & Miss Selfridge seconds.

there is def a factory outlet in that area. I am trying to find it too!!!

I'm also trying to find out where they get the cheap Topshop shoes from. Steal in Farnworth has definitely closed, the one on Abingdon Rd in Blackpool is closing down and I wouldn't say its worth a special trip. There is one in Blackburn still with a separate shoe clearance shop a few doors down in the Mill Hill area near Focus. The shoes in there are mostly of pretty poor quality though. Not sure how long it'll be there either.
