Nat west ppi loan

I have wrote to NatWest twice now, the second time I sent 2 letters, registered signed for, one to the branch where I took out the loan and one to the head office. I have had no response whatsoever from them. They have all my details and the loan details, but still not even a 'received and looking into' notice from them. What could I do now? How long do I wait on this matter? Has anyone else been ignored by these people?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there
I take it this is the letter of reclaiming and complaining?
If 8 weeks have passed, then move on to the FOS, let them know you've had no response at all and are aware they received your letters for investigation.
8 Weeks is ample time, or they could have had least confirmed they have received this and they are looking into it.
FOS details here below, you can either ring them to arrange to send you a complaints form through the post, or download and print here:

Good luck and please post up for help when required.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Tiggerthetiger,
I have written to Natwest about ppi. I wrote at the beginning of March. Had a letter saying they were looking into this and they might need more time. I then took a phone call from NW who would not talk to me but wanted to talk to my husband. I have a loan with them with monthly payments taken from MY account but my husband is the first signatory so they will not "because of data protection" speak to me. It is now 9 weeks since I first wrote to NW and this afternoon they have my second letter, along with a copy of my first, winging its way to them. This is informing them that I am now forwarding my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
Good luck with your claim
