Justcall.co.uk and BT free 0870?

I have done a search and found nothing so apologies if this question has been covered.
I have just discovered that calls to certain mobile networks in Turkey when made through justcall.co.uk via 0870 are charged at BT's standard peak rate for 0870 calls.
http://www.justcall.co.uk/country.asp?country=Turkey
My question is .... if I sign up to BT's anytime calls package for £4.90 a month, which includes 0870 calls, does this mean that I can effectively call the relevant Turkey Mobile Networks free as part of BT's any time package.
It sounds too good to be true.... but then so did 18185 before I started using it......
Hope someone can shed some light on this
Many thanks

No, gateway numbers are specifically excluded by BT from the inclusive 0870 offering. You might get away with it initially but BT would find out eventually and 'back-bill' you. That'd be expensive.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Thanks for the quick reply.
Since posting I have spoken to BT - you are right these calls are excluded from the inclusive package BUT apparently normal rates apply, so at night (when I make most of my calls, the cost is still less than 2p a minute to a mobile - even in the daytime the cost is under 6p a minute so that is a significant saving on normal calls to foreign mobiles.
I think I will give it a trial run and then check my bill!I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
