we are looking to open a savings account for our 2 year old daughter. she has an account at abbey that her child trust fund was paid into. but we are looking to open a normal savings account at another bank as we don't like abbey. where is a good place to open an account at this age? we liked the look of the post office account but the minimum you can pay in is £20.

Hiya,
I've opened one today with the Natwest for DS (4 yr old). Is a young saver account and has interest rate of 0.70%. Can be opened with as little as £1.
