Multiple paypal email addresses

I have recently amended my e-mail address for paypal & have completed the process to add it to my Paypal account & I have made it my primary address. My old email address is still showing on there aswell.
When I was listing on Ebay the other day I nearly forgot to amend the Paypal email address on the listings & had to go back & amend them all.
Now this may be a really silly question but Im wondering what would happen if I left my old e-mail address linked to the listings by mistake? As I still have it as a registered address on Paypal, would I still receive payments to it? (It is a live email address, its just that I want Paypal to be seperate).

You can have 8 email addresses going to the same paypal account.
