Auctiva problems

Is anyone else experiencing problems with auctiva or is it just me?

Been trying to list all morning and it won't list and any time I go to the saved or schedule pages it comes up with an error.

yeah i've spent an hour listing something which should have taken ten minutes.

seems okay now tho.

I have virtually given up using Auctiva now as it was 'down' so often I was wasting hours trying to list a handful of items.

I just use it for items I want to schedule or for some of my business BINs where I have three photos, the rest goes up via Turbo lister.

Thanks for your help, it seems to be working now. It does seem like it has problems a lot, might have to consider turbo lister, is there anything that auctiva does that turbo lister doesn't?

i tried this morning as soon as i clicked saved had an error message so clicked back to try again and my lovely description was all gobbledegook grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Will try again later i only use it for presaved boring bits and extra photos.

Auctiva's great advantage is the fact you schedule listings, I like that option very much. You also do not get the fancy templates on Turbolister or the scrolling gallery and stuff.

Turbo lister though is much more user friendly, I have a few templates set up with all the postage details and basic descriptions already written and i just load one of those and personalise it for what I am selling, add a photo and can do several listings every 10 minutes. When Auctiva is being difficult it can easily take me 10 minutes a listing before it loads ready to go.

the biggest problem i have with auctiva is text in the description muddling itself up, it happens far too often.
