I am wanting to sell a bean bag on ebay (its a specialist maternity bean bag from Oz). Its very light but I dont want to offer postage using Royal Mail if they have a size restriction on accepting it. Can anyone advise if they will refuse it if I take it to the local Post Office?
Many thanks

How big and heavy is it? I guess if you put on your listing that there would be a discount for collection?Weight Loss - 102lb0

It might be able to go as a parcel, check the limits on the Royal Mail website here:

Be very careful about sending anything like this by Royal mail! I sent an exercise mat this week and it was really light. RM now measure everything and then send it by measurements if it's over a certain size!!!!
You might be better to go this route www.parcel2go.com usually much cheaper and they also deliver within a day or so - guaranteed - unlike RM

Many thanks for the replies - Royal Mail are crafty - I looked all round their site and could not find that page posted above detailing the size limits - now I have. I will either:
Sell without polystyrene filling
Collection Only
send through parcel to go (wanted to give them a try anyway)
Many thanks
