How to Pay

I can't remember whether if I pay with my Lloyds Visa Debit card for my holiday, whether, should something happen and the company goes down, we get the same protection (ie refund etc) as if I paid with my credit card. I paid the deposit with my credit card.
Thanks

You only have to have paid £100 on your credit card to be covered by it, you can pay the rest however you like although i think visa do protect you if you pay by a debit card.0

If your holiday is Atol bonded your holiday is covered no matter how you pay. And as you would probably be charged a credit card fee, i'd recommend in that case paying by debit card.0

It is not a holiday with flights, its Canvas Holidays, so I don't think ATOL applies - it has the ABTA logo. I think I will give them a call. I just thought I remembered someone saying with some Visa Debit you get similar protection to credit card payments.
Thanks everyone0
