Home Owners Re-entry Cert (HREC) form

Can anyone tell me whether you can find old copies of HREC certificates anywhere? In particular, looking for around mid 2007 to check what 'rules' were stipulated back then and what, if it was approved, you signed for - just wondering if it had changed?
