email issues again

I always used to have email issues trying to contact AOL users on ebay, it now looks like my ISP (Virgin) is being blocked by yahoo as well.
I had a couple of issues where I was contacting the buyer and they never responded and they later said that they hadn't got my emails, but now it is really spreading.
I actually had to call a buyer yesterday as their messages were getting quite angry and they had left negs for two previous transactions (different sellers) due to non contact. They were really nice when I spoke to them but said they were fed up with ebay sellers as they never got any mail at all about anything and couldn't understand why they were being ignored. There is nothing in their spam folders so I explained where they could view their messages sent via ebay in their account(which they were also not getting) but basically not one single email from anyone that either said 'ebay' or came from Virgin was getting through.
A couple of years ago I used to have a note in my auctions saying that I do email all my buyers but that AOL users would not be able to receive my messages. I may have to do the same again with Yahoo mail users.

Yahoo is always really buggy- it will just swallow messages for no reason.
Sometimes it'll spit them back out again after a couple of days, but usually they are just lost indefinitely. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.
