Stuart Rose has bowed to pressure and just announced on GMTV that as of tomorrow he will reduce the costs of bigger bras to the normal size ones AND give 25% for the next 2 weeks
Good man!
Glad to see M&S keeping abreast with the public view

Great now I have to pay extra for my small bra to subsidise huge ones.Kavanne
Nuns! Nuns! Reverse!

that's great news, but awful tempting seeing as I'm staff too, could be hard to control my spending!0

No you don't Kavanne - you just don't get a discount - the price of small bras is the same - who decides what is a large bra, though? Still not big enough for me though unfortunatley. M&S sizes are all over the place a 36 C in Littlewoods would have a full bust measurement of 38" in M&S that same size would have a full bust measurement of 36"!0

i think it's normally their DD-G cups that cost more.0

So that's why they don't fit me, I've been trying on a size too small

Nothing to be embarrassed about ... big boobs are great!
If you are a big girl though, I would not be shopping at M&S. Many of the larger bras are just scaled up versions of the smaller ones, and don't have the necessary support required for us big boobed types!Gone ... or have I?0 -
That's what I found, yes. I have a 38D (is that big?) so that's the size I tried at M&S.
They were useless.
The straps not wide enough, those that did have wider straps look like the ones your great nan would wear (on offence) , the pretty ones had no support to them.
If I lifted my arms up, there'd be a big gap under the bust, the whole thing lifted? And that was on all 6 that I tried on.
Think I need parachutes or something :rotfl:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.
