Low credit + good balance transfer

Hello,
I dont have the best credit rating due to my student years but i would like to try and transfer my credit card balance with first direct to another credit card. I am aware that most credit cards are not going to accept me due to my credit rating but i wanted to know if anyone know's of either a good credit card to transfer to given my situation or a credit card that would be accpet me that offers a good balance transfer deal?
