Can sometime tell me the cheapest way to get train seats from eastbourne to stevenage we are going monday to friday we both have network cards mon we can leave after 10 (off peak) but fri need to be back in london by about 11.15 so will have to leave eastbourne before 10 on the friday thanks

Any anytime single is £34.60 Eastbourne to Stevenage. But if you book Eastbourne to London (victoria) in advance through a ticket operator like first great western there are special advance tickets avaliable on certain trains which cost £7.50 like on the 09.03 train London (Victoria) to Stevenage costs just £10, change finsbury park to a natonal express train after going on to tube from victoria no extra cost and this total trip cost just £17.70 saving £16.90! These results can also be found whn doing the trip in reverse. And the next time you do this follow what I have said but buy open returns instead of singles as it is again cheaper overall. But open returns don't appear on ticket machienes, only online and over the counter though. Just a final note if one travels from stevenage to London before 10 it only costs £11.20 single but after 10 £10.
