Another dress worry!!

Well they decided to post the dress after I said not to. I replied that I didn't want it as above and the reply was thus:

My reply:

[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]When am I to expect a refund?[/FONT]

Not heard any thing since yesterday.

I think in China they shut about now our time (not sure the time in China). So maybe email them again tomorrow, and keep going until they respond.

They are so naughty for shipping it, regardless if they put it on hold or not.

Well 2 days and still no reply to my emails. Looks like i'm going to have difficulty getting money from them ...

Rebekah have you got the dress now? If so, you should be able to get your money back by selling it on.

If you haven't, ask them again for a refund or to send you the dress if they won't refund so you can recoup some costs.

how did you pay? Via paypal? can you not raise a dispute through that?

Yup paid via paypal. They posted dress out. But seems they recalled it back from DHL as it was in the middle of posting.

Reply today is thus:

Thank you for your email.

I thought it was 90 days for paypal? I was thinking Rebekah was at like 80 something?

It was 45 days, unless it's been changed now?
