I've sent off my first letter to RBS and they have sent me 6 years worth of bank statements, but they also sent me a letter with it, basically saying they've done nothing wrong in accordance with their terms and conditions. Will this be true? I plan on sending the second letter to them tomorrow to try and claim back £418 worth of bank charges, but are they just gonna buzz me off because they think they've done nothing wrong?
