How long should i wait

I am claiming against barclays but am in fiancial hardship and have followed the guidelines so far, but have now sent off my income and expenditure form over 2weeks ago, so my question is how long do i have to wait for this stage

I've found a telephone number for Barclays customer relations so give em a call and ask.
