Hi all,
I am in the same boat as Sturgeon and Liqudaz, may I asked how you both got on regarding your mortgage valuation?
I am currently trying to buy a 25% shared ownership but the valuation has come down £20,000 less than the asking price.
Who contested the valuation with your mortgage company, was it yourselves or the housing association?
Not sure what to do, the housing association have advised me to look for another mortgage but I do not want to pay for another application fee and valuation if it's going to come back exactly the same as the one I have?
Thanks
