Garmin Nuvi 200 sat nav question needing answering please.

I'm thinking about buying a Garmin Nuvi 200 Sat Nav, I dont want a fancy one and i've already used Garmin Nuvi 200 Sat Nav and i liked it, i've seen one on the internet with SCREWFIX.COM and the price is £64.99 and for that price a 12V Car Adapter & Mount is Included in the price but it says it's NEWLY OVERHAULED, what exactly does that mean and is it worth buying? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
