    Absolutely thrilled. I don't think that it'll come back. Not only have they removed the default they have changed the yellows and reds to green :) I'll look forward to their letter!

    I phoned FOS today to see if ocean had responded to them and got told all cases with ocean on hold as ombudsman in discussions with them. Really peed off as adjudicator had ruled in my favour and should've been getting nearly 5k. Incidentally my claim is with ocean finance & mortgages. Anybody know what this all means. Do you think they may end up with a fine like alliance and leicester so have to pay back?

    hello can anyone help i have a closed account with halifax ive tried claiming my bank charges but they offered 300 pound whn i was claiming 2,000 pound never excepted there offer at all and left it at that what shall i do about it now as account is now with blair,oliver and scott
