Late Egg Money Statement

My statement is normally produced on 2nd of each month - so far the statement isn't available to view, nor are any of the transactions displayed in the 'recent transactions' page. Nothing received to say they're changing my statement date. Anyone else had a problem? I'm in the process of sending them a secure message querying it.

Same here, statement due 2nd hasn't appeared yet and it says no transactions since last statement. I sent them a secure message this afternoon so will see what they say. Glad it's not just me, I've only had the card a couple of months.

The 1st was a Friday so 2nd was a non working day even in Egg land (certainly since been taken over by Citigroup) and the Monday was a bank holiday so I would expect it at any time now.

Same here. Mine is normally produced on 2nd and I get an email on the 3rd saying it's ready. I just had a look through my emails and saw that the January statement arrived on the 8th so I guess it'll turn up later.
