Just sent off acceptance form to Bank Scotland, for £180 charges (inc nominal interest).. its for about 80% of my initial claim, 2 of which still in dispute..

has anyone else claiming from them got paid recently? how long before you got their cheque?

some FI's can take up to 21 days to process a refund on bank charges, now, I would assume this would be the worst case scenario. It might be worth giving them a ring as they would have received the acceptance by now and ask them.
Congrats on the 3k posts btw.

I would say normaly x2 weeks, although not sure that you are aware the x2 you dispute can no longer be disputed as tou except as full and final settlement
