Lloyds Credit card problems.

I have nothing to hide, just don't see why they need this. They said they would accept a payment of £17.00 a month and I have told them that I want to pay more and offered £150.00 they refuse to set up a payment plan till they get my income and expedature info. They say if I dont provide this they will take me to court., I didn't think that they could ask for this info. Also when I asked for there address they said they would be writing to me and that the letter would contain this address, almost two weeks later I still have no letter and hence no address, so how would I even provode this info???????? They don't make things easy do they?

you might want to take this to the Debt-Free wannabe board - they may be able to offer you more help there and won't ask if 'you have something to hide'! :rolleyes:

To do that he will have to do a SoA won't he which is the same as bank has asked for - what's the difference??
