Remember tho that Experian do MAJOR credit file updates on Wednesday & Sunday's

Many thanks for your replies Innocent, Naja, Brian and Noah,

I hope I can get this cleared up as soon as possible.

I have contacted all 3 organisations on numerous occasions but keep getting told the same thing "All we can do is tell Experian again that your account is closed" and Experian telling me I need to speak to the 3 organisations.

You have all given me some great advice and tips on how to resolve this and for that I thank you - I really appreciate it.
