roof coverings and valley gutter

We're just in the process of buying our first house, and we've had the survey back.
It's marked as "urgent" the following areas - I wondered if anyone had any idea about prices for these issues? We've got someone going in to get quotes for us, but not for a week.
I'm not sure if this level of details is enough or not?
Any help would be fantastic

Dampness : lower external ground levels (currently 25mm) and repair/replace the roof coverings
Rainwater fittings : repair/renew the valley gutter
Drainage : replace the defective soil pipe by a specialist drainage contractor.Rainwater fittings : repair/renew the valley gutter
