advice on renting a caravan off someone on ebay

I have seen a caravan to rent on ebay. The price is £165 BIN during the school holidays but when I checked the official site the average price is around £350. I assume this is a private renter. He has feedback of 2237 all positive but sells a lot of garden seeds. He is renting several weeks of this caravan from April to October.
I am just concerned that it may not be genuine as it is cheap for the school holidays. I am naturally a sceptical person!
I would be paying now, well a deposit and the rest six weeks before but not going until July. If it was a con would I still be able to claim any money back in July from Paypal? Or would my travel insurance cover this (I know probably a daft question!)

Any help would be appreciated.
thanks

Why not ask them why they can do it so cheap.
Ask them what the terms are.
Have they sold this type of thing before?? If yes what is the feedback like for that.0
