London to Bournemouth
Hi,
Can anyone please advise on the best way to get from St Pancras (sp) to Bournemouth.
I am presuming I would need to get to another station (train or coach) and that it would proberbly be cheaper to use the tube but, I am not good in crowds. Any idea of the cost of a taxi from St P to ?.
Many thanks for any help.

There are direct trains from Waterloo to Bournemouth, not sure about best way from St Pancras to Waterloo though.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0 -
The cheapest way would be by bus. Route 59 takes you from outside St Pancras, Bus Stop A on Euston Road to Waterloo.Did you really mean to put loose?
Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place0 -
the quickest way would be train from Waterloo. As well you would need to get another bus from Bournemouth station if you went by train into town. (not sure how much this would cost, as there are 2 different bus companies outside the station) But the cheapest way is by coach on National Express from Victoria (you can get 'funfares' for a £ or £8). To get to victoria, on bus catch the 73 from stand R kings cross St pancras to Victoria (well its what TFL said). But I think Natonal express stops in the triangle which is in the middle of town and all one would have to do is a short walk though the shops to the square. Or otherwise get off at the interchange and again get a bus but same issue as I said before0

The cheapest way would be megatrain if you can get a £1 ticket0

I went St Pancras to Bournemouth in February.
I got a taxi from Waterloo to Kings Cross on the return (same distance really) and it cost me I think it was £14. My SIL who is from London says that is fairly good and bizarrely weekend afternoons are the best time to travel!
From Waterloo to Bournemouth it cost me 23 quid return booked in advance.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
