I installed blackberry world app as recomended by t-mobile on Monday and since then when i receive a call, the number shows on the screen but not the name- even though the contact is stored on my phone.
When i click on call list, the name of the person shows correctly, but not when they ring.
I have called t-mobile and they have told me to ring BB but i cant get through,
anyone any tips or ideas how to resolve this?

It's not just as simple as a settings issue is it? Downloading apps can reset them. Is your phone set to display NAME and NUMBER?
May be too simplistic but worth a try?Always get a Qualified opinion - My qualifications are that I am OLD and GRUMPY:p:p0
