The future's bright

Orange owe me £32, not a great deal but i have been on at them for 3 months about it.

I decided to end my contract with them and when i spoke to them i was advised that that amount would be taken off the final bill.

But guess what, they haven't done so. I had my final bill and now am very angry as it is coming to 4 months that they haven't refunded me my money. My question is are they in breach of the their contract and if so can i give them the 2 fingers to the final bill even if i have ended the contract?

What do they owe you £32 from, and how much is your final bill for?

Just ring them up and tell them that there is an error on your final bill, as the £32 they overcharged you has not been deducted from it.
