GRR Restored PC after upgrading to IE 8 - Now I have no toolbars in IE7!

Hi,

I am running XP, and loaded the update for IE8 onto be PC, having checked out what it would be like and been half driven potty by the constant reminders to upgrade.

I installed without issue, restarted, but IE8 kept hanging when trying to load web pages.

I therefore restored the PC back to the previously saved restore point I had set up before loading the IE8 upgrade.

Now, when I load IE7, I am missing all my IE menus and toolbars! I cannot use Alt+shortcut key to bring up menus. It is really annoying as I am unable to access my favourites (thankfully backed up).

Any ideas on what my next action should be (other than going back to firefox?)

Thanks
