Small savings

I have £0 savings at the moment but am now in the position to put aside £50 to £100 a month.
I don't want to be tied down to making regular payments of an exact figure as the amount I have left over each month varies.
How would people recomend I best save??

There are a number of Regular Savers that pay excellent interest if you can pay something in every month of a 12 month period - or 10 or 11 months in some cases. The amount needed varies and the deposit & withdrawal terms vary across the banks or Building Society.
It's the one type of account that nearly all the Building Societies and many of the banks seem to offer with a degree of generosity. Interest Rates including the annual Bonus are invariably as high as you can get anywhere.
Walk down your high street or check Regular Savers on somewhere like https://www.moneyfacts.co.uk and you will be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.0
