Have you confirmed with transco and mpas?
For gas info - call transco. get your mpr number and confirm with them who your supplier is.
for electricity info call 0845 6030618 and get your mpan number and comfirm your supplier.
Once they have confirmed this, call your suppliers with an up to date reading (also confirm they have the correct meter details)
Make sure all their information is correct. Remind them of the date you moved in and what the readings were.
Hopefully this will enable them to send a bill. if not - go to energywatch.

When you have called them what have they said to you?
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
  • Are you sure it's actually Scottish Power who are actually supplying your gas and elec? If so I'd get onto them ASP if they don't think it is them they'll be able to tell you who to ring to find out -you're gonna get stung for a big bill either way.

We're with Scottish Power Manweb and they BADLY messed up our bills. We're not exactly organised so we pay everything on Direct Debit - as a result, we never look to see what's going out - it all happens automatically. However, Scottish Power Manweb decided not to take the Direct Debit out of our account - so we didn't actually pay any Gas or Electricity bills for a whole year! The first we realised was when they wrote to us to say that we were going to have to pay DOUBLE BILLS until our year long debt was paid off! I guess we should take some responsibility for not checking - but that's why we have everything set up on Direct Debit: so we don't have to worry about whether or not our bills are paid! They were very apologetic but that doesn't help when you're getting stung for something you thought you'd paid off long ago. So watch it - sounds like you could be in the same position.
