Curry's Whatever Happens Product Support

I took this out over a year ago for my laptop...

It broke around 5 weeks ago and I dropped it off at Curry's over a month ago to get fixed. I was told that as it's only a very simple problem, it should be no longer than 10-14 days.

4 weeks after I have called them and they don't seem to know what's going on! I keep getting told different things!

Apparently after 21 days, I am entitled to a new laptop anyway, but tbh... I just want my laptop back. The communication between the store and repair men seems to be none existant. :confused:

Does anybody have any experience of this?

I need my laptop back asap!
