Bank Charges-Cold calling to reclaim

Hi
I've just had a VERY persistant chap on the phone wanting to send me a bank charges reclaim pack.
Asking me about the account name how long Id been with the bank and loads of other stuff. He insisted it was genuine and didnt want my account details, but he was just Too pushy if you get me.
I dont think it was 'right'

Anyone else had this

I told him to push off by the way and said I would reclaim them myself if needs be.

Might be worth asking him how much is the upfront fees?
How long will it take his firm to claim them back?
What is their Claims Management Company Ministry of Justice registration number?
How much of the claim do they take?
