FTSE the Wall Street point’s index

Hi all. I'm trying to do some research and generally have a little play around. What is available to me for tracking the FTSE the Wall Street point’s index and others etc…?

    Options
    Almost any financial site will allow you to "track" it in delayed time, usually about 15 - 20 mins delay

    if you have windows vista then there are a couple of decent stocks gadgets which allow indicies, shares and fund prices to be shown.

    I always like Google Finance because you can play around with the graph.
