Hi All, First post so please be gentle -
Im taking my wife and 6 of our friends away for her 30th Birthday in May to Dublin  - Does anyone know of some good quality, but cheap Hotels in the Centre. Somewhere that will give us access to all the sights and sounds without needing cars or taxi's.
Any help, advice, hints or tips will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks All in Advance...

Hi all, im obviously not quite with it today  , but it was only after posting that i decided to do a quick search of the forums and found a wealth of information. So i shall work my way through some of the other posts.
I would still be happy to have any thoughts or ideas people have, but dont bust a gut as it looks like many of you have helped with this enquiry before.
Thanks

I can thoroughly recommend Abbey Court if you want good value for money- yes it is a 'hostel' as such but they do have some double en-suite rooms that although small are perfectly acceptable. Best thing is location- other side of the Liffey from Temple Bar close to the ha'penny bridge

Also if you are looking for somewhere nice for a meal then I can highly recommend Eliza Blues

I recommend doing a search on https://www.venere.com.
For a 4% discount on that website, use code: BK5HX8W
Hope that helps,
