The last six months whilst trying to get back on my feet the Abbey have stung me for more extortionate charges and always take them the day before I am due to be paid so they put me over my then charge me again, can I also claim for these unfair charges?
I am changing accounts now as Abbey does not care for it's loyal customers of 20 years plus.

Yes you can still claim them back.
I already have my claim in place with the Abbey awaiting the Court result.

Thanks for the reply, but I thought it was only for the last six years, I already have a claim in for those, but obviously the Abbey have continued with the excessive charges, do I just follow the same procedure?
Thanks

You can add it onto the existing claim providing you haven't already filed a case in County Court, otherwise it's start from the beginning for the rest of the charges. Thanks for the reply, but I thought it was only for the last six years, I already have a claim in for those, but obviously the Abbey have continued with the excessive charges, do I just follow the same procedure?
