question about tax return and iva

Hi.

Does anyone know if I can claim as a business exspense or have to pay tax on my iva of £215 a month?

Just submitted my tax return and don't have any money or the chance to save to pay the £2000 they want. However, when including my iva figure as an exspsense, I can afford to pay.

This will either make or break me. Bankcurcy is the next step if the tax figure stays as it is.

    Hi,

I don`t know the answer I`m afraid but why not call Nat Debtline as they give immediate advice .

I hope it works out for you,
