Barclaycard.....Persons Unknown....???

Have been talking over a couple of months to Jeff (Geoff?) White a customer complaints manager and Jason Green a payments supervisor at B/Card. They investigated fraud on our accounts and agreed to pay back money owed to us. This was sent on numerous occasions according to them but never arrived. They both gave numerous excuses (more commonly known as lies) but still no show. We complained about this and Now customer relations are saying they cannot locate these people....!!!
has anyone else heard of these two gentleman ? Most of our calls were from a Barclays branch on the free phone that connects direct....!!! And yes the names Mr White and Mr Green hadnt gone unnoticed on us...

Any help would be good......
