I just had to run and check.... it does kind of smell like apple juice - I can barely smell the ginger - I don't want to taste it yet in case it's horrible until it's rested for a week - how's yours doing?

ours is not ready till friday but smells lovely.Used to make it a few years ago and was always lovely and ginger beery (cant think how else to describe it )
