going to work today, concrete wagon coming down a hill towards me
with a slight right hand turn for him. surplus concrete hit the road from his wagon concrete despatcher splattering the front of my car. because i braked i thought i had missed it. Got home tonight and an horrified that my car is covered along the front bumper and grill with hard set bits of concrete., if i hadnt braked it would have been all over my bonnet and windscreen too. Contacted the local company who when i took it to them tried a hose pipe on it, nothing, they told me to keep piling buckets of warm soapy water on it tonight and he would have a word with his colleague tomorrow. its getting wet but nothing is shifting it. Its my baby Aygo Sport, pristine condition and only 3 years old.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where i go with it now.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

    both,

The irony is that the company who had delivered the concrete was delivering to the company i work for:eek:

Apparently you can get something called "fallout remover" which may help. Not sure though.

this should help put some weight behind your arguement then. have you tried pressure washing it with hot soapy water?

i usually keep well away from these things, i pass them as soon as possible, ive always had visions of this happening,oh and the lorries with the scaffolding tubes stacked far too high, i can just imagine thenm setting off from the lights in front of me and one of those scaffolding poles coming right through my windscreen.

A strong concentration of Bilt Hamber Surfex HD may work.

A sharp blade with a running hose pipe does thr trick.
