I opened an A&L bank a/c last year when they were offering £100 if you closed an account and transferred to them. This I did, sent off the form, which they said that they had not received. Wrote to them and eventually got a phonecall to say thatsince it was a Post Office account that I was transferring it would be more efficient if I changed it myself. _ result no £100. I wrote to them querying this and something else but they did not answer my quety about the bonus. Bit of a Con
