I followed the rules of this survey and told them several times (only needed to tell them 3 times} at a cost on virgin mobile of 30 p a time. only to be told on final survey I had been screened out. Most of my views on this survey were negative. After email them i was told "my views on this survey were not what cadburys wanted"
After pointing out i had only been honest with my answers i was told " Hi

Thank you very much for emailing us. I am very sorry to read your disappointment with Valued Opinions.

I completely understand your situation and the frustration you must feel not being able to take our surveys anymore.

In the past we have been exposed to malicious panelists giving untruthful responses and manipulating research results. Obviously, this compromises the quality of all data collected and puts our service at risk.

We have therefore been forced to implement a system to prevent this from re-occurring. The correspondences we have received has alerted us that some of our loyal and certainly very much valued panelists, such as yourself, have been adversely affected by these issues and for this we are truly sorry.

We are currently working hard on finding a solution to address this serious issue which, although it helps us to improve the quality of our service, causes so much frustration among our members. We expect to have eradicated this issue over the next month and aim to notify you of our services being available again soon. In the meantime, regrettably there is nothing I can do to improve the situation. All we can ask is for your continued patience while we focus our energies on solving this problem.

[FONT=&quot]I hope that you will soon able to take our surveys again. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

can't believe the answer i received. I was very honest with my answers .
After reading other forums about this survey i found they only wanted positive things about this cadburys cluster survey.

I wasted £1.80+time and effort on this survey.
Never use this survey site again.

Also i must point out that my last 2 surveys b4 this have not been credited.
One for £2 And one for £1.50.
I think that they are copping out paying out.
Can someone/s please confirm that there points on the cadburys cluster survey were positive? and not negative like mine , who was declined like me.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Are those payments not even pending (i.e. just not added at all)?

My responses were a mixture of positive and negative I think. They weren't glowing testimonials which may well explain the problem we're all having then! By the way, that was the exact same message that I was sent too, seems like just a template email that they've sent out to anyone who emailed them about the problems.

Has anyone who did this survey been able to take the follow-up survey and get the payment as pending in their account?

I think my answers were fairly average. The questions on the survey were weird anyway - in a way it was hard not to be negative. I think one of the questions was something like "1-10 are you more or less interested in clusters" and the honest answer was always about 5 because let's face it, even if I see an advert it isn't going to make me 10/10 more interested in them.

If this doesn't get resolved then I am going to stop contributing to VO completely. They clearly want to avoid paying and I'm pretty sure other surveys I've done haven't been credited too.

I just had an email with another link to the final survey, which I could access this time and the credits have gone into the pending credits section of my account. Hopefully the same happens for you.
