wahoo, managed to download the survey after messing with my phone settings.

just updated my first feedback after finding some at the asda checkout.

.... is the £10 payed from Valued Opinions website?

so i guess we will be getting a £10 voucher?

I'm doing this - and luckily I'd already tried Cadbury's Clusters (yummy) and seen the Santa advert so at least I had something to say! Not sure if I'd do it if the cost of transferring information wasn't included in my phone contract.

    Thanks in advance.
  • Iceland also sell these Clusters and they are gorgeous. One thing though don't look at the calories, might have to miss dinner if you do;)

Just resurrecting this thread to ask if anyone else has received the follow-up survey yet? As far as I know, the survey closed on Tuesday and the follow-up survey was supposed to be sent out 3 days later but I've not had mine yet.

I can't find the other Valued Opinions thread, but I think this thread is more relevant anyway... Anyone else having trouble with the Clusters follow-up survey? I got an invite to complete it and it came up saying I couldn't do it due to "data inconsistencies" or something. I emailed them asking what the problem was and had a rather weird reply today. Anyone else had the same weird email?

I got exactly the same message when I clicked on the survey link and after emailing them to ask about it, I got a reply implying that I am no longer eligible to take any of their surveys. I successfully qualified for two surveys before this email came in so that was totally weird. Sounds like I'm not the only person having problems with it then!

Yep that's what my email implied too. I sent a reply asking for a proper explanation, explaining that there was nothing wrong with the data I submitted and requesting that they allow me to complete the final survey.

Sounds like a good move. I'll do the same and hopefully they relent for us!
