can't see the point of making your own nice yogurt then adding artificial stuff & chemicals tbh, but fair enough, we all like different stuff0 -

. Thought I'd try it with some HM strawberry couli that's been frozen for a few months and needs using up. And of course it will be very useful for curries, etc, etc. Can't wait!

Mixing ordinary yoghurt culture and Greek Yoghurt culture.
Is there much difference between these two cultures? I've got a little ordinary yoghurt culture left and a small amount of Greek Yoghurt culture. If I combine them to make up a new batch, will I end up with ordinary runny yoghurt or thicker Greek yoghurt (or a mixture which is somewhere in between ? Or will the mixture fail to set at all?0 -
