I agree v good value as are a few other items in farmfoods (or chips n gravy as we call it due to some of the 'strange' frozen food items them sell - although they also sell branded items)

    Northerners love chips n gravy.

Thanks for all the tips but I notice that none of you have quoted cost per sheet.
I recently went for an offer of own brand at waitrose after carefully noting that one of the andrex offers wasn't so goo dwhen you compare by cost of 100 sheets as the supermarkets do. Brands can have dramatically different numbers of sheets per roll...

Just been reading another toilet roll thread on the Food Shopping & Groceries forum. Interesting read for a Friday night.

For anyone who doesn't check that forum I'd thought I'd let you know about the toilet roll offer at Makro next week. Just looked online at the next Makro Mail starting Weds 20th May and they have the Charmin toilet roll on BOGOF offer again.

    24 in a pack. £9.59 per pack + VAT = £11.02 inc VAT for 48 rolls (22p each)

    HTH

I'm going to give a pack of those Nicki rolls from Farm foods a try and see how they compare, seems all are in favour of Nicki at the mo, no negatives.
  • the Nicky loo rolls from farmfoods are scented and they make my little girl itchy
