need help with next steps!!!

Right folks i sent my request off for my bank charges to Lloyds tsb and finally received a letter saying they understood i was in financial hardship, however due to the test cases they wouldn't be paying out any money, and because the banks are currently applying to the house of lords to appeal against the test case the FSA has agreed they can suspend the noraml timetable for complaints about bank charges,
They also said if i filed a claim through the court they would apply to pospone this until a conclusion is reached.
Anyone else in this position, im not sure what to do next!!!!!
