1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only aged 18 years+, excluding employees and their immediate families of United Biscuits (UK) Limited (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
2. By taking part in this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. No Purchase Necessary. To enter, simply visit www.phileasfogg.com/tesco and enter your details or simply text ‘voyage’ to ‘83138’. Entries limited to 1 entry per person. If more than 1 entry is received per person, you will not be entered into the draw. Texts charged at standard network rate only. Please note that these texts may not be included in text-inclusive packages. If more than one text entry is received per mobile, per person, per mobile you will still be charged for the texts, but the additional entries will not be entered into the draw.

5. The opening date for receipt of entries is 13.04.09 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 31.07.09.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
7. There is x1 voyage of a lifetime prize to be won. The winner will be selected at random under independent supervision and notified by their method of entry within two weeks of the close of the promotion. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.
8 .The voyage of a lifetime prize for two people, consists of return economy flights from London & economy flights between countries; car hire in Auckland & Sydney; transfers in San Francisco & Hong Kong; 3 nights 4 star accommodation in San Francisco; 4 nights 4 star accommodation in Auckland; 5 nights 4 star accommodation in Sydney & 2 nights 4 star accommodation in Hong Kong; scenic rail pass in New Zealand & a hot air balloon ride over Sydney. All accommodation is on a room only basis.
9. Dates of travel are subject to availability at time of booking. All travel must be booked by 30th April 2010 & taken by 31st July 2010. Travel cannot be taken over 10th December 2009 – 15th January 2010 and the 26th March 2010 – 9th April 2010. The driver must be at least 21 years of age to hire the car & must present a valid licence & credit card when collecting the car. Transfers can be offered instead if the winner cannot meet these requirements. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for hotels / tours / airlines etc being withdrawn or amended. In this event, the Promoter will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative prize or equal or greater value. Any amendments made by the winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges. Passports, visas & insurance are the responsibility of the prize winner. Transport between the winners home & the London departure airport is the responsibility of the winner. Bookings must be made through Unmissable Ltd, Office 33a, 15-17 Ingate Place, Battersea, London, SW8 3N (Telephone number - 0207720 6228).
10 . There is no cash or other alternative prize available in whole or part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right, if deemed necessary, to amend or withdraw the promotion. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
11. The winner may be required to participate in related unpaid publicity.
12 . Consumer personal data will only be retained for the duration of this promotion and will not be used for any other purpose. Personal data will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.

14. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
